Guinness punch is a creamy, alcoholic drink that originates from the Caribbean. There are many different variations of Guinness punch. Some islanders add Irish Moss, Cognac, Rum or eggs but the main ingredients usually include Guinness, condensed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
