REFUND / RETURN POLICY

 

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy via the contact page.

The preparation of your order begins immediately after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.

 

Food Errors 

Please contact us via the contact page, as soon as you notice that there is an error in your order.

  • You will be refunded the sales price of the error and recharged the new items price.
  • If an additional delivery is required the customer will incur the delivery charge.

 

We will prioritise your order once you have agreed the alternate food item(s) and payment has been received by us. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)* to our drivers, when they deliver your new order. Please note that images will be taken of the returned items on receipt by the delivery drivers.

 

Incomplete Food Order

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount via the same method used to pay for the item, or we will refund you with a store credit.

 

 

Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients and take great care and pride in the preparation of all meals. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders where the order is wrong, has items omitted and, or other similar circumstances. Refunds are not provided for food that is not liked.

 

Cancel Order

We cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind, or mistakenly order an item after the order is received. We cannot provide any refund, or store credit for non-food items or beverages.

 

Order Cancelled by Delivery Drivers

The delivery driver might cancel the delivery if they’re unable to find, or contact you. When they arrive at your delivery address, they will contact you if there is a problem finding your given address, so keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the food to arrive. If they made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Complimentary Food

We cannot provide a refund, or cash value on any complimentary food.

 

Refusal of Service 

As a private business, it is our right to deny, or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy we will not be able to conduct future business with the customer.

 

Please Note:

We strive to prepare and package our food items to preserve their high quality. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

 

*    If 25% or more of the food has been consumed, removed, the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, then we cannot verify its origin and  cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. We will only prepare one replacement order only in all situations.
